Tobi is the Managing Lawyer of Abisoye Law Corporation, where he and his team provide comprehensive legal solutions to individuals, families, and small-to-medium-sized businesses. A seasoned practitioner with over a decade of experience, Tobi has been called to the bar in three jurisdictions (British Columbia, Ontario, and Nigeria) bringing a unique global perspective to local legal challenges.
His multi-jurisdictional career began as in-house counsel before transitioning to private practice, where he has successfully represented clients at various levels of court, including the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Holding an LL.M., Tobi combines academic excellence with practical expertise in business law, immigration, real estate, and family matters.
Beyond his practice, Tobi demonstrates a strong commitment to community service through his role as a Lay Director for the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC), where he contributes to governance and policy development.
Outside of work, Tobi enjoys walks with his wife and playing tennis.
