Nathaniel Misri

Nathaniel Misri is a Partner in the Business Group at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and banking law, specializing in M&A, corporate reorganizations, and debt and equity financing. He advises in a diverse set of industries reflective of BC’s dynamic economy. Beyond his practice, he serves as a director on two not for profit boards related to decarbonization in the maritime industry, as well as the performing arts. Nathaniel is delighted to be the firm’s partner liaison to BEBC and its initiative to support Black-led small businesses and Black entrepreneurs in our local communities.
