Manager - Procurement at TELUS​

Meghan currently leads the National Infrastructure & Customer Enablement (NICE) Procurement Team at TELUS, where she has worked since 2021. Prior to TELUS, she spent 16 years at Shell Canada, where she transformed their Supplier Diversity & Indigenous Procurement landscape. Between her roles at Shell and TELUS, Meghan established her own consultancy, helping organizations enhance their Procurement & Supplier Diversity programs while providing specialized support to Indigenous businesses expanding beyond the OilSands region.

As TELUS’s Indigenous Procurement Prime and a key member of the Supplier Diversity team, Meghan champions Economic Reconciliation and diverse thinking across Canada. She actively creates opportunities for underrepresented groups, aligning with TELUS’s commitment to Supplier Diversity. This commitment reflects TELUS’s understanding that a diverse supply base – representative of the communities where we live, work, and serve – drives innovation and enhances customer experience through equal access and opportunity.

Meghan’s industry leadership extends beyond her role at TELUS. She is a founding member of BEBC, and sits on the boards of both BEBC and WBE Canada. These positions underscore her dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the business world.
