Aileen Agada

Aileen Agada is the Co-Founder & CEO of BeBlended, an online marketplace that connects clients with freelance hairstylists who specialize in afro-curly hair textures. Previously, Aileen held business and technical positions at the Government of Canada, the Toronto Transit Commission, Manulife Financial, Emerald Technology Ventures, and a startup in Belgium. Her passion for entrepreneurship has led her to become an Expert-in-Residence at the Black Founders Network, a Startup Coach at LiftOff Incubator in Kitchener, and an Alumni Advisor at the University of Waterloo. To date, Aileen has raised $200K+ in funding for BeBlended. She currently holds a BASc in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (MBET) from the University of Waterloo.
